Job Summary
We are looking for motivated
Lead Filtering and Qualification Department Executive
to handle
first-level inbound and outbound calls
. The role focuses on
call filtering, lead screening, and basic information gathering
, before transferring calls to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and answer inbound calls.
Filter and qualify calls by identifying genuine leads.
Gather and record basic information from callers.
Transfer qualified calls to the appropriate department/senior counsellors.
Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
Ensure professional communication and represent the company positively.
Requirements
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate
.
Prior
tele calling or BPO/voice process experience
preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus).
Confident, polite, and patient phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
