Hiring Lead SAP Production Planning (PP) specialist and spearhead impactful projects within the Application Management Services (AMS). In this role, you will be instrumental in driving successful SAP PP delivery, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also establish robust project governance frameworks to facilitate efficient service delivery.

As a leader, you'll mentor and guide a team of SAP PP professionals, promoting technical excellence and fostering continuous improvement within production planning and manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with other SAP module leads to deliver integrated solutions, manage stakeholder relations and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to business expansion. Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PP, with a total of 8-16 years of relevant experience.

AMS/Support Expertise:

Proven experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or long-term support engagements.

Project Governance:

Strong experience in establishing and driving governance frameworks for SAP delivery.

Leadership:

Experience managing large delivery teams and multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Stakeholder Management:

Ability to handle escalations, maintain client satisfaction, and drive account growth.
