This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with deep Salesforce expertise and proven leadership skills to take ownership of strategic projects and guide a high-performing development team. In this role, you will design and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation, lead a group of developers to success, and ensure best practices across code quality and system architecture. You will play a key part in building integrations, scaling solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, and aligning delivery with Agile and DevOps principles. Operating in a remote-first model, this position offers the chance to make a major impact while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.
Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 Salesforce developers, fostering best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the successful delivery of project milestones within defined scope and timelines.
• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Lightning Flows and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Build and manage integrations with Salesforce via Apex web services, callouts, and middleware tools.
• Drive implementation across multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Community, Chatter, and AppExchange.
• Support Agile/Scrum processes and leverage DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce CRM Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flows.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Chatter, and AppExchange.
• Solid understanding and practice of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire development teams.
