The Lead Salesforce Developer will be tasked with leading existing Salesforce development efforts to transition from our current CRM to Salesforce while collaborating with the third-party vendors currently working on this process. This role will also work with stakeholders and other heads of management to help drive the process of configuring Salesforce to meet specific business needs. As the transition completes you will ensure that all latest Salesforce releases and features are accurately adapted to fit end user needs. As the technical lead of the Salesforce initiative, you will also be charged with the continued Salesforce administrative duties for years to come.

What you will take on:

• Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using primarily Configuration and Customization where needed (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)
• Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Approval processes and email Alerts.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Mulesoft, REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On, etc.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements.
• Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.
• Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage.
• Demo enhancements and features to business stakeholders
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported because of faults in the production system.

Our new team member will need:

Required

• Bachelor\'s degree and 5+ years technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, & Development experience with Experience Cloud & Service Cloud
• 5+ years of experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)
• Experience developing robust test classes and ensuring code coverage within Salesforce.
• Experience using Salesforce\'s standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, VS Code + Salesforce Extension Pack
• 5+ years of experience utilizing source control on a Salesforce project.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced Salesforce.com integration techniques (e.g. SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, Objects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter APIs, outbound messaging)

Preferred

• Salesforce Certifications: Platform App Builder and Active Salesforce Platform Developer (I or II) certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
• Prior experience in Project or program management
• Service Cloud or Sales Cloud experience
• Technical understanding of Lightning
• Understanding Force.com, Communities/Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design Parameters, Governor Limits, Shared Platform Best Practices
• Experience with Section 508 accessibility requirements and experience developing and testing conformant interfaces.
