Position Overview



The

Lead Sales Specialist - Social Media

is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that promote the company's social media marketing services. This role involves identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and closing deals that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital sales, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to lead a small sales team while collaborating with marketing and creative departments to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly social media sales targets. Identify market trends and opportunities to expand service reach.

Client Prospecting & Consultative Selling



Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients seeking to grow their brand through social media marketing. Understand client objectives and present customized social media marketing packages that meet business goals.

Collaboration & Campaign Success



Partner with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead & Pipeline Management



Manage leads effectively using CRM tools--track progress, maintain accurate records, and convert leads into successful deals.

Presentation & Negotiation



Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with client budgets and company profitability goals.

Performance Analysis & Up selling



Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify upselling opportunities for existing clients.

Team Leadership & Mentorship



Guide and mentor junior sales representatives, sharing best practices for social media solution selling.

Core Competencies & Skills



Deep understanding of all major social media platforms. Strong knowledge of social media advertising, content trends, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign ROI and engagement metrics. Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving digital trends.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, Communications

, or a related field.

2-5 years

of proven experience in

sales, business development, or social media/digital marketing.

Demonstrated ability to

achieve or exceed sales targets

within the digital marketing domain. Familiarity with

paid social media tools.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
