Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly social media sales targets.
Identify market trends and opportunities to expand service reach.
Client Prospecting & Consultative Selling
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients seeking to grow their brand through social media marketing.
Understand client objectives and present customized social media marketing packages that meet business goals.
Collaboration & Campaign Success
Partner with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead & Pipeline Management
Manage leads effectively using CRM tools--track progress, maintain accurate records, and convert leads into successful deals.
Presentation & Negotiation
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with client budgets and company profitability goals.
Performance Analysis & Up selling
Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify upselling opportunities for existing clients.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Guide and mentor junior sales representatives, sharing best practices for social media solution selling.

Qualifications & Experience
