Role Overview:
As a
Lead Sales Representative
, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients -- understanding their goals, educating them about our mentorship programs, and guiding them through the enrolment process.
You'll work closely with the core ASF team, learn a world-class mentorship sales system, and be trained in communication, objection handling, and emotional intelligence -- skills that'll serve you throughout your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with warm leads from ASF's digital funnels (no cold calling required)
Conduct consultative sales conversations via phone or WhatsApp
Understand client needs, fitness goals, and pain points
Explain program details clearly and help them make confident decisions
Maintain CRM records and daily reporting of calls & conversions
Coordinate with senior mentors and operations team for onboarding clients
Requirements:
? Proficiency in both
English and Hindi
(spoken & written)
? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
? Basic understanding of fitness, lifestyle, or wellness is a plus
? Strong sense of empathy, patience, and persistence
? Reliable internet connection and smartphone/laptop
? Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic mentorship-driven environment
