Here, youll be supported in progressing whatever your ambitions.About the role: Lead, Sales OperationsThe core objective of this role is to drive accurate, timely execution of rebate, pricing, and related sales operations activities while ensuring alignment with service delivery goals, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.Location: Gurugram, IndiaJob Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial excellence/sales operations initiatives related to rebate processing, pricing, contract management, and other sales operations areas.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality services in line with SLAs, KPIs, and operational objectives.
• Monitor operational metrics proactively, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and guide Analysts; support capability development through effective coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and point of escalation for complex operational matters.
• Ensure timely escalation of process risks, deviations, or business exceptions to leadership.
• Partner in process optimization and automation initiatives, including participation in system enhancements and implementation projects.
• Oversee the preparation and quality of operational reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and insights to inform decisions.
• Provide advanced analytical support to sales and finance stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs/DTPs and drive process standardization and documentation.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your Experience:

• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
• 8+ years of Shared Services/Global Business Services experience in sales operation, master data, finance, supply Chain management operations. Service Delivery management, operational metrics and scorecards, and experience within a progressive global shared service operating model with be preferred.
• 2+ Years of Team Handling Experience is preferred.
• Superior problem-solving skills, communication and team/interpersonal skills. Outstanding ability to diagnose problems which could be related to process, technology, strategy or people and put in place actions/measures.
• Preferred experience in driving projects for improvements.
• PC literacy: ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications
• IT technical skills: Microsoft offices suite, understand the underlying technical aspects of technology / system / applications.
• International experience Self-awareness of communication styles and cultural / global differences
