Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Develop sales strategies and implement them effectively. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure timely reporting of sales performance.

Requirements:



Graduation mandatory. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI or related sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
