A Day in the Life



Visit hospitals and mental health clinics across Chennai and other nearby regions, giving product demonstrations to psychologists, psychiatrists, and clinicians

Meet with CXOs and hospital leadership to negotiate multi-centre implementation contracts

Present compelling business cases for adoption of Wundrsight's devices at scale

Manage your CRM (Salesforce/Gainsight), track leads, and maintain a strong sales funnel

Partner with the marketing team to drive local outreach and participate in conferences and exhibitions

Engage in internal team reviews, continuously optimizing your approach and performance

What You'll Do



Build and execute regional sales strategies for new and renewal business

Meet and exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs

Conduct lead research, qualify prospects, and close end-to-end sales

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful client experiences

Stay informed on market trends in mental health, digital health, and medical devices

Maintain clean, up-to-date data in CRM and sales dashboards

What You Bring



Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare, or Business

3-5 years of experience or strong interest in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare sales



Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills

A growth mindset, hustle, and passion to impact mental healthcare
