Prospect and generate new business opportunities: cold outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn), referrals, events.
Conduct discovery calls/meetings to understand customer needs, map their processes & pain points.
Present product demos tailored to each prospect, articulate value and ROI.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead ? qualify ? negotiation ? close.
Maintain a healthy pipeline, update forecasts, use CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage leads.
Collaborate with marketing, product & customer-success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and up-sell/renewal hand-offs.
Track market/competition, provide feedback on product positioning, pricing, objection handling.
We are Looking for:
3-6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech solutions.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
A self-starter, target-driven, with demonstrated ability to close deals.
Good understanding of subscription sales models (ARR/MRR), renewals/upsells.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment with ambiguity.
Experience using CRM tools and managing complex sales cycles is a plus.
(Nice to have) Experience selling to enterprise clients, cross-region markets.
