Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic RPA Lead to lead our automation initiatives, with a strong focus on UiPath. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of RPA (UiPath) and 5+ years of team leadership. This role requires full-stack knowledge, expertise in automation architecture, hands-on development, and the ability to lead teams while managing client relationships. The Lead Developer will drive end-to-end automation solutions, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to software development and automation. 5+ years of hands-on RPA experience using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, Libraries). 5+ years of proven leadership experience, managing teams of developers in enterprise projects. Strong Full-Stack Development knowledge: + Backend: .NET (VB.Net/C#)
+ Frontend: Angular/React/JavaScript (preferred)
+ Database: SQL Server, Oracle, LINQ
+ Cloud: Azure (Azure DevOps, Functions, CI/CD pipelines)
Strong experience in designing and implementing REFramework, Config-driven automation, Queues, Exception Handling, Logging. Proficiency in Git and version control systems, branching/merging strategies. Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations and handling structured/unstructured data. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices with experience in managing sprints and deliverables.

Good-to-Have (Added Advantage):

Experience with other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate). Exposure to OCR/Document Understanding solutions (UiPath DU, Abbyy, etc.). Knowledge of AI/ML-based automation integrations. Familiarity with Python or scripting languages for advanced automation. Prior experience in solution architecture/design leadership.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master's preferred). UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (preferred). UiPath Solution Architect / Business Analyst / Orchestrator certifications (preferred). Azure / Cloud certifications (preferred). Agile/Scrum certification (nice to have).
