Process Optimization: Working to optimize HR processes through RPA, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly employee experience within the systems.

Main responsibilities
Process Analysis
: Analysing and understanding business processes to identify automation opportunities and create efficient RPA solutions that align with organizational goals.
Solution Design
: Architecting scalable and robust RPA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while optimizing performance and reliability.
Development
: Building and maintaining RPA workflows, ensuring they align with evolving HR system needs and employee experience goals.
Application Maintenance
: Follow application lifecycle management processes and retirement strategies, including data quality and security compliance.
Collaboration
: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect community to present automation proposals, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Integration
: Develop and Manage integration between enterprise applications, such as payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration.
Continuous Improvement
: Identifying improvement areas, staying updated on RPA trends, and contributing to RPA practice evolution in the organization.
Skills and experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in RPA development
Proficiency in RPA tools such as
UiPath or Blue Prism
Experience with programming languages such as
Python
,
NodeJS
, or
C#
.
Knowledge of database management and
SQL
Desired/Preferred to have.
Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA
Knowledge of industry best practices and Automations in HR technology.
