Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead- Retail Operations Mia. This role will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations of our Mia Business department in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability for the Mia Business department Manage and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and events Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management to ensure availability of products Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback to the team Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in retail operations and customer service


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery industry Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to retail operations Proficiency in MS Office and retail software systems Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
