The Role Responsibilities Job Summary Integration developers are the folks who work on the integration configurations, scripts and coding. Candidate sets integration pipe configs and gateways, writes, debugs and executes source code on applications. Scope and Impact Writes, tests, and documents code according to engineering standards and practices. Independently responsible for the entire lifecycle of features including engineering design, development, and deployment. Technical Execution Debugs and fixes issues in development, test, and production. Implements code that is clear, concise, tested, and easily understood by others. Improves code structure and architecture in service of testability and maintainability. Writes, co-writes, and reviews design documentation. Ownership Serves as on-call first responder for software their team owns. Is responsible for the entire lifecycle of their code: development, test, production, and subsequent fixes and improvements. Keeps the Jira tickets and Agile boards updated on his work. Collaboration Participate in daily agile ceremonies and other collaborative meetings to update and plan employee\'s work. Contributes to team activities and collaborates within the team to solve problems. Performs code reviews that follow the standards and practices and that are recognized by their team as helpful. Works with their team and adjacent teams to solve problems, escalates problems that have wider scope. Assist Scrum Master in the details employee seeks. Part of the Integration Services Team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank&rsquos Conduct Principles: Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Our Ideal Candidate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Hands on deep expertise in implementation of integration, migration, tuning, debugging and troubleshooting of business applications using MQ, Solace, Kong and / or SoftwareAG Integration Server. 5 - 7 years of relevant hands on work experience building, securing, integrating and delivering enterprise-wide applications integration for large organizations on complex projects. Expert in more than one MQ, Solace, Kong and / or SoftwareAG webMethods Integration Server technical components and has very good knowledge of entire stack. Experience with containerization using Docker, orchestration using Kubernetes, Continuous Integration / Delivery tools - Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket / GIT, Rundeck. Excellent Stakeholders communication across various infra teams and interface teams and ability to handle stakeholders. Experience in working with security protocol (e.g. TLS, OAuth) and understands security in development. Very good in troubleshooting skills and willing to try new things and resolving &ldquogrey" issues. Experience in Messaging with JMS, AMQP, WebSphere MQ based Messaging Systems. Hands on experience and Deep Technical skills in messaging and integration products. Experience in working with XML, JSON and FLAT FILE formats. Excellent debugging / troubleshooting / problem solving skills. Experience in working with HTTP, HTTPS, TCP Protocol. Experience with SOAP and REST web services. Role Specific Technical Competencies Very good expertise in implementation of middleware technologies (MQ / Solace / SoftwareAG / Axway / Kong) and migration activities for middleware stack. Strong skills on Java / XML / API / SOA programming with demonstrated implementation capabilities. Proficient in DevOps, Automation and Cloud and Data domains.
