Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the regulatory compliance efforts for construction projects, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory risks and ensure compliance at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to address regulatory issues effectively.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to inform decision-making and maintain compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, permits, and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures. Monitor changes in regulatory landscape and proactively adjust strategies and processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Drive a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of regulatory professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:
Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
