Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and RPO providers.
  • Monitor and ensure RPO providers meet agreed-upon SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Process Optimization:
  • Analyze recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in talent acquisition, currently working for a mid / large sized GCC for the last 3 years at least
  • Managing recruitment delivery across Internal and external sources through RPO and vendors
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Avature
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.
