Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles across all levels.
? Collaborate with department heads and senior management to define hiring needs and
design effective recruitment strategies.
? Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and ensure
process compliance.
? Source and assess candidates through multiple channels -- job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,
and networking.
? Oversee interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.
? Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, hiring quality) and present regular
performance reports.
? Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
? Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
? Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking to stay updated on hiring trends.
? Partner with HR and business teams to ensure seamless on boarding and workforce
planning.
? Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal recruitment policies.
