The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate and hospital positions across Shalby Hospitals. The role involves leading the recruitment function, coordinating with unit HR teams, stakeholders, consultants, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, hospital, clinical, and non-clinical positions.
Understand manpower requirements from corporate and unit HR teams and align hiring plans accordingly.
Partner with business heads, functional leaders, and unit HRs to define job requirements and timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, social media, and internal databases.
Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and ensure smooth interview processes.
Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and closure of positions within defined TAT.
Ensure proper documentation, background verification, and joining formalities in coordination with HR Operations.
Maintain and update recruitment MIS, tracker reports, and dashboards.
Manage recruitment vendors and consultants and monitor their performance.
Guide and mentor junior recruiters / recruitment executives.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives as required.
