We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter and Administrative Coordinator to oversee our participant enrollment efforts and provide seamless, day-to-day operational support. This vital role combines hands-on recruitment and strategic team leadership with essential administrative and facility management responsibilities, directly contributing to the success of our clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment:
Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to identify, engage, pre-screen, and enroll eligible participants across diverse clinical studies.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture to consistently achieve and exceed enrollment targets.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key recruitment metrics, analyze team performance, and provide insightful reports and updates to stakeholders.
Network Development:
Cultivate strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral networks to expand recruitment reach.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with study coordinators, investigators, and other teams to align recruitment activities with study timelines and objectives.
Outreach Innovation:
Leverage digital platforms, social media campaigns, and community outreach initiatives to maximize participant engagement.
Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure meticulous record-keeping and accurate reporting of all recruitment activities, maintaining compliance and transparency.
Operational Support:
Oversee core administrative functions, including records management, office supply coordination, and essential documentation.
Vendor Liaison:
Act as a primary contact for vendors and service providers, managing relationships to address facility-related needs efficiently.
Environment Management:
Ensure the recruitment facilities and overall office environment are consistently well-maintained, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Coordination & Assistance:
Facilitate meeting logistics, manage visitor experiences, and provide comprehensive administrative support for routine company functions.
Ad-hoc Support:
Assist management with additional operational or facility-related requirements as needed to support overall company goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, HR, Social Work, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in clinical trial recruitment or community outreach, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of clinical research processes, ethical recruitment practices, and regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH).
Proven ability to both recruit participants directly and manage a team effectively.
Basic knowledge of administrative coordination and facility management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with digital recruitment tools and social media outreach preferred.
