Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Robot Framework and Python and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. Experience in program management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure the highest quality of software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. Utilize Robot Framework and Python to automate testing processes and improve efficiency. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools. Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of quality and excellence. Coordinate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address defects promptly. Monitor and track quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of testing efforts. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex quality challenges. Engage in program management activities to align quality objectives with project goals. Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Robot Framework and Python for automated testing. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
