Test Manager Competency
Minium 15 years of experience in end-to-end test management both functional and technical.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good experience in setting up the testing team in various location & managing the large size team.
Good experience in Testing Delivery, which includes System Testing, Test Automation, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Failover Testing, Security Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Experienced in Agile methodology, handling scrum of scrums, and Waterfall models.
Understanding on source control, versioning, branching, SCM tool and compliance etc.
A highly motivated person that is passionate about collaborating with others to drive results, has a team first attitude and can motivate others to do the same to improve the organization.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage conflicting requirements and gain consensus on the best way forwards.
Pragmatic approach, able to simplify processes and implement lean techniques.
Analyse and review functional and non-functional requirements.
Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes, and motivation.
Defines and maintains Testing standards & controls.
Responsible for staff management aspects, inclusive of recruitment, talent development, knowledge retention, etc
Provides regular communication and training to test teams in respect to standards and processes.
Conducts reviews of testing performed on projects and provide recommendations as required.
Design performance test scenarios.
Design automated performance test suite.
Guide system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
Mandatory experience in CDD and KYC end to end processes.
Key Responsibilities Strategy
Strategize the Technology roadmap for CEE Hive Delivery
Foster engineering mindset among the people and develop talent within the team.
Provide Inputs/ directions for strategic programs across Solutions, Design and Approach to implementation.
Adopt the bank's cloud strategy and drive within our programs/ projects.
Independently drive Testing strategy for all applications in CEE Hive
Guide new ideas through the ideation and design process to ensure they are sufficiently defined to address and meet strategic goals.
Build strong relationship with Product Owner, SMEs, Production Support teams / SRE and proactively manage stakeholder management.
Mandatory experience in CDD and KYC end to end processes.
Business
Manage good relationship with our stakeholders in COO, PSS, Technology Services and Architecture teams
Work with Biz teams to define the outcomes and business benefits around Technology changes
Work with Business teams in articulating key technology risks so that its better understood. Work towards addressing these across our squads
Take part in Technology evaluation around Products / Services on new initiatives

Train, retain and motivate teams under you providing leadership where required
Recognize talent and identify the training/coaching areas for employees

Identify top talent, succession planning, key person dependency/risk and constantly work to address them with the appropriate plans
Be the face of the bank to your teams and communicate on things happening in department, bank, locale to drive the best results
Risk Management
Anticipate and handle all the delivery challenges and risks and adhere to Group compliance requirements based on business criticality levels.
Handle team capacity and manage workloads.
Manage the team and raise upfront on the people onboarding requirements as early as possible.
Governance
Must be aware of the Group's regulatory framework and is expected to adhere based on the role.
Must understand the oversight and controls related to Business Unit, Job Function and deliver.
