Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and test frameworks for SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow implementations and related IdM solutions.
• Implement and maintain automated regression testing to quickly identify defects in complex IdM workflows, integrations, and access controls.
• Work closely with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and security engineers, to understand requirements and build automated testing strategies and build into project scope and timelines.
• Evaluate technical risks for new requirements and associated changes.
• Analyze testing processes and make recommendations to drive improvement.
• Review and validate integration points between SailPoint and other applications to ensure seamless data flow and proper access control, applying automated tests where applicable.
• Conduct performance, security, and scalability testing to identify potential vulnerabilities or performance issues, using automation where possible and to work closely with the development teams to drive issue resolution.
• Document, monitor, and analyze automated test results, using insights to improve test coverage, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, using automation for repetitive tasks and data-driven testing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IdM and SailPoint updates, as well as automation tools and practices to ensure optimal test automation processes.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Identity Management, access governance, and test automation solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, including creating automated test scripts for workflows, provisioning, and access review testing.
• Strong understanding of test automation tools and languages.
• In-depth knowledge of Identity Management principles, including SSO, MFA, LDAP, and SAML.
• Experience in scripting for test automation and data-driven testing.
• Familiarity with performance testing and security testing in IdM contexts.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, particularly in relation to continuous testing practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• SailPoint certification(s) or equivalent expertise.
• Experience with other IAM solutions like CyberArk.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX) and their impact on identity management.
• Proficiency in SQL and data integration testing for identity systems.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as JMeter, Postman, or Rest Assured for API testing.
