We're seeking a skilled Lead Python Backend Developer to architect and deliver high-performing backend solutions. You'll lead development efforts, mentor a small team, and build scalable systems powering real-time and cloud-connected applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications using Python, Django, Flask, and FastAPI
Design and manage RESTful APIs and microservices with high availability
Integrate ONVIF protocols for video and device control features
Implement Socket APIs for real-time communication
Write, optimize, and maintain complex PostgreSQL queries and stored procedures
Drive code quality, architecture decisions, and technical best practices
Collaborate on cloud deployment and CI/CD processes via AWS and Azure DevOps
Work on MQTT/SIADC09 protocols and microservices migration projects
Mentor and guide developers through design and review cycles
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong backend experience with Django, Flask, and FastAPI
Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and real-time systems
Expertise in PostgreSQL, Socket APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Familiarity with ONVIF and MQTT integration
Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
