The job holder is responsible for managing analytics for branch strategy. The person will be delivering profitability, scorecard, P&L and customer analysis to Business to facilitate revenue growth, cost optimization thereby leading to increased profitability
Responsibilities
Strategy Analysis
Centre profitability: Enabling centres to improve profitability through financial models and analytical frameworks/models like Valuation models, cluster analysis, decision trees and peer benchmark to identify framework for each branch to achieve optimum profitability
Financial Planning: Top-line and bottom-line budgets at GL/Product/Segment level for each branch
Products & Sales Analysis
Identifying opportunities for Cross-sell, campaigns, identify mis-selling, optimum product type/ticket size through statistical models, text mining, income estimation models, customer life cycle/events, and external data sources collaborating with Wealth team
Designing analytical dashboards for PvB Head to track key business drivers like sales quality, performance v/s industry, resource performance
Work with the strategy and SBIM team to ensure that requisite MI are rolled out on time
Always ensure the smooth functioning of the frontline team as per the laid down standards for MI.
Working with SBIM team and resolving queries / issues raised by the business.
Consolidation of all the scorecards & MI
Resolving the identified gaps in scorecard by taking right action.
Prepare scorecard Analysis & report for Business.
MI & Flashes
Creation of new MIS as per business requirements
Ensure that regular Revenue and Cost Flash is delivered with 100% accuracy across frontline
Providing inputs and forecasts for better execution of business.
Identifying and bridging the gap between actual and expected performance along with the central team.
