Brainware University (Barasat, Kolkata) invites an exceptional communication leader to join us as our Lead -- Public Relation & Branding -- a role that defines how a 19,000-student university speaks to the world. We're looking for someone who can blend leadership with creativity, strategy with execution, and visibility with credibility.



Location: Brainware University, Barasat, Kolkata and Saltlake


Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in PR/Branding/Communications leadership


Mode: Full-time, On-Campus

Responsibility:



Lead and manage the university's public relations, media outreach, and institutional communication strategies. Develop and execute branding campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Build strong relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and government/industry stakeholders. Oversee content strategy -- press releases, speeches, reports, brochures, website content, videos, campaigns. Drive digital reputation management: social media presence, brand narratives, crisis communication. Conceptualize and execute high-impact events, conferences, outreach programs, and national campaigns. Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all departments and channels. Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication strategy with institutional goals.

Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and crisis-handling skills. Knowledge of higher-education communications will be an advantage.
