Location : Navi Mumbai

1.Basic Function:

a. Responsible for planning, designing and execution of projects including existing operational of biomass boilers, power plants, BOOT Projects & briquetting Plants etc.

b. Monitoring of Projects (O&M, Briquetting) and feedback to VP (NZ).

c. Planning for and monitoring based project from conceptualization execution to

commissioning of equipment plants, plant and machinery and instilling methods to reduce Mean Time between Failures (MTBF) and, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

d. Develop Teams, Mechanisms and Processes in consultation with VP (NZ), to undertake fresh Projects and imbibe newer technologies.

2. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

a. Lead, Direct and manage multiple Projects in a Safe, Reliable and Efficient manner

b. Day to day online monitoring, recording, identifying and handling incidents that Interrupts

functionality of Boilers, Bio-CNG and briquetting plants.

c. Responds to calls and activities of all existing Projects and those in the construction Stage.

d. Actively engage with State Government offices, OEMs and Local Dealers as tasked by VP - NZ.

e. Ensure Quality Control and Quality Assurances.

f. Proactively engage to get customer feedback and drive initiatives for services Excellence

g. Management of all Projects in consultation with VP (NZ).

h. Provide feedback to VP - NZ and Management on technical and other functional issues.

i. Ensure adherence to ERP and monitor Daily Inputs on the technical side, in Consultation with

the project & Plant Heads.

j. Ensure Environment Compliances, compliance to applicable rules & regulations of State

Pollution Control Board/Central pollution Control Board/National Green Tribunal (NGT) etc.

k. Give Daily Feedback to all concerned appointments including on PRESPL Operations

WhatsApp Group.

l. Ensure secrecy of database, technological initiatives and business plans of the Company.

m. Monitor HSSE / EHS standards of project sites in consultation with sites in Charge and as per Company Policy.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience: 10 - 12 Years
