This role is to create, design, execution and maintain Haleons Project Delivery across Haleons managed service providers and Service Managers
As lead VPF you will lead & drive KPIs that form the core of Demand Management (Enhancements, Projects, Agile methodologies).
Setup CTO Demand management forum to ensure all demands are funnelled, prioritized. Work with function leads to ensure proper prioritization of projects is done, reporting of projects is done in consistent manner.
Track all critical KPIs across projects, enhancements like defect quality, timely execution, cost spillage etc
Drive Monthly and quarterly business reviews with CTO organization

Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required
PMO Lead for the CTO of the Company.

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project, Demand & enhancement mgmt
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodology, Project Management
• Knowledge of SCRUM, Release management
• Strong 3rd party vendor management especially Managed Service Providers (MSP)
• Excellent senior stakeholder management
• Excellent cross-functional planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Demand Management process
• Execute Enhancement process with partners
• Drive consistent adoption of Haleons Project & Enhancement management framework across all CTO projects
• Prior experience implementing enterprise-wide Big Data solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, other relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
