Responsibilities:

45% Own one or more projects, implementations, or work streams, of increasing scope and complexity, end-to-end ensuring deliverables are comprehensive and accurate. Demonstrates ownership for span of assigned work


45% Develop trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and work with team to develop goals and work plans to execute on group strategies/needs. Scope problems, identify issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, lead analysis, problem solving, and implementing sound solutions. Support establishment of key performance indicators and the analysis of results


10% Proactively engage organizational leadership and communicate progress, issues, and solutions

Required Skills:

Undergraduate degree Typically 9-11+ years of relevant experience Strong organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Demonstrates the ability to balance diverse groups, roles, and projects Ability to think strategically, collaborate productively, and problem-solve effectively Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and draw on multiple points of view Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate in meetings and in documentation form Practical experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid software development methodologies Exceptional organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
