What will you do

Reporting & Analytics dashboards Network Study for right sourcing, FG warehouses and loaner rooms Managing RFPs for new warehouse setup Pricing science and driving within technical services Process excellence in Mako Ops, Demo Equipment Management & PLCM End to end evaluation of Customer Service Operations Define & execute a digital transformation roadmap for Customer Service Operations Make BO organization ready for all the controls as required by Finance Develop a technical training program for BO & TS and execute the same. This shall include but not limited to SC fundamentals, Lean, Analytics, Advanced Excel & PBI, JDE & Demantra

What you need

MBA with 3 years + of experience in supply chain or operations Supreme analytical & problem solving skills & customer Centric Mindset Skilled in MS Excel /Power BI. Advanced data/automation tools knowledge is a plus Program or project management experience is desirable
