Summary Responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex programs involving multiple components, subsystems, and stakeholders, ensuring that all items are working together effectively to achieve program\'s objectives. LPI-Lead Program Integrator partners with Program Manager to deliver high quality outcomes for internal and external customers, by managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and working on risk mitigation strategies to stay on track with the program commitments. Works with modality partners and cross-functional teams to coordinate program integrations and interdependencies. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies. Roles and Responsibilities: Work with global and regional program teams to track progress and address proper integration strategies. Work with global and regional cross-functional team to integrate activities according to the program plan. Manage communications with stakeholders, team members, and collaborators on program execution status and progress Utilize analytical thinking and leadership skills to drive program execution Coordinate with modality partners and extended cross-functional teams on program integrations and interdependencies Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward Use experience and judgement to facilitate problem solving activities Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies Escalate issues and risks to program leadership as needed Capture lessons-learned and drive continuous improvement Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed, driving simplification and improvement when applicable Educational Qualifications : Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or in \'STEM\' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Required Qualifications: This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Program Integration knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). Previous experience on managing projects, using Project Management best practices and Agile Methodology. Established Project Management skills PMP- Project Management Professional, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications will be a differentiator. Strong leadership skills: Able to guide and motivate diverse team of stakeholders being a strong team player, collaborating well with others to solve problems and actively consolidates inputs from multiple sources to drive success. Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills - effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creating operational plans. Strong communication skills: Cleary communicate program information using available data to several stakeholders. Desired Characteristics: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the program and how to translate it into actions and help needed. Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives. .Change oriented: Actively generate process improvements, champion and drive change initiatives, confront difficult circumstances in creative ways, balance multiple and competing priorities and execute accordingly. Proficiency with MS Office suite of products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Proficiency with Program Management tools such as MS Project and Smart Sheet.
