Required Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in emails, meetings, and course-related interactions, ensuring accurate and effective information flow.
Event planning and management abilities:
Capacity to assist in organizing virtual sessions, meetings, orientations, and other program events smoothly and efficiently.
Strong project management skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure that all course operations stay on schedule.
Proficiency in report writing:
Skill in preparing clear, concise, and well-structured reports--including progress updates, summaries, and documentation required for reviews.
Effective presentation skills:
Confidence and clarity in presenting information during meetings or virtual sessions, when required.
Ability to develop flyers, presentations, and other communication materials:
Competence in creating visually appealing and well-formatted materials such as PPTs, flyers, and informational documents.
Strong coordination and collaboration skills:
Ability to work effectively with instructors, students, chapters, and the national team to ensure smooth program operations.
Flexibility with work hours (at least once a week during extended or adjusted timings):
Willingness to adjust work timings as needed, including at least once a week during extended or India night hours, based on course schedules.

Administrative & Operational Support:
Provide continuous backend support and take responsibility for the smooth functioning of all programmatic course-related tasks, including:
Initiate the pre-planning and planning discussions
Coordinate day-to-day course activities
Maintain records (registration, attendance, hours, progress)
Update calendars, schedules, and documents
Manage email communication and queries
Be flexible in approach while responding to changing needs
Course Management Support : Support instructors and course operations by:
Coordinating with instructors regularly
Developing, reviewing, and proofreading teaching materials and homework
Tracking assignments, assessments, and submission timelines
Monitoring student engagement and following up when required
Technical & Platform Support:
Ensure smooth virtual learning experiences by:
Providing technical help during live classes
Troubleshooting login issues and platform-related problems
Setting up virtual classrooms before each session
Managing breakout rooms and supporting class activities
Offering continuous support to resolve technical or access issues faced by
students and mentors
Communication & Coordination - Serve as the key communication link between the National Team and student participants by:
Acting as the primary point of contact
Sending timely reminders, updates, and important announcements
Organizing meetings and sending calendar invites
Preparing minutes and sharing action points
Ensuring a clear and consistent communication channel is established and maintained
Data Management & Reporting : Support accurate and organized data processes by:
Maintaining updated participant databases for all chapters
Preparing monthly progress reports for internal review
Compiling data needed for certificates, evaluations, and recognition
Timely distribution of completion certificates to all the participants
Documentation & Compliance : Ensure proper documentation and adherence to guidelines by:
Preparing Course SOPs, guidelines, and process documents
Maintaining organized documentation and records
Supporting compliance with all program procedures and standards
