Position Overview
The Lead Product Software Engineer(T4) will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-performance iFirm Tracking, Taxprep Gemini, PTM Devops and CPE links application. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills and extensive experience in Angular, Web API and .NET-based development across both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to drive the technical direction of the team, mentor junior developers, and ensure the development of high-quality applications.
Experience Required: 10 to 15 years
Must HaveProficient in C#, .Net Framework, ASP.NET, .NET Core, web services/Web API, OOPs Experience in HTML/CSS, Front-end development using Angular, cosmosdb and, and exposure to at least one JavaScript framework, Experience in code refactoring, quality improvement, and performance optimisation Experience working in an agile environment with an SDLC like Scrum, SAFe, etc. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in writing Unit Tests, Use of Mocking Frameworks

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collaboration and Communication:Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and technical mentorship. Ensure the team follows best practices in Product development, version control, Scrum Practices and code reviews. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders of iFirm Tracking , TaxPrep and PTM DevOps to deliver seamless application experiences. Regularly communicate with both technical and non-technical teams regarding the status of development, potential issues, and risk mitigation.

Code Quality and Testing:Implement unit tests, integration tests, and other automated testing methodologies to ensure code quality. Perform code reviews to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement. Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.

Performance and Optimisation:Optimise iFirm tracking and Taxprep Gemini product performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices for speed and efficiency. Continuously improve code quality through refactoring and innovation.
