Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Marketing Lead with 2-3 years of experience to lead go-to-market efforts, develop product positioning and messaging, and drive demand generation strategies for our IT products. This role bridges the gap between product development and sales, ensuring that our products resonate with the right audience and achieve commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to different customer segments. Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to inform marketing strategy. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to understand product features, roadmap, and use cases. Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches and feature updates. Create sales enablement tools including pitch decks, battle cards, product videos, and one-pagers. Drive digital campaigns, email marketing, webinars, and events to generate leads and grow product awareness. Measure the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights. Manage website content, blogs, and product-related marketing assets in coordination with the content team. Support customer case studies, testimonials, and product-led growth strategies.

Key Requirements

2-3 years of hands-on experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B IT/SaaS companies. Strong understanding of software product lifecycles and GTM strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, value-driven messaging. Experience working with CRM, email marketing tools, and basic analytics platforms Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. Exposure to enterprise software, cloud platforms, or emerging tech products (AI, ML, IoT, etc.).
