What will you contribute?





Reporting to the

Amit Yadav

, the

Lead Product Owner will

manage life cycles of assigned products or services to optimize profit and meet client expectations, marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. This includes business case development, market research, development of product marketing strategies, advertising, promotion, and strategies associated with new and existing products(s). Tracks and monitors projects and provide needed information to all impacted areas of the company.


Responsibilities & Deliverables:





Your deliverables as a

Lead Product Owner

will include, but are not limited to, the following:


Strategic

Roadmap

Development

+ Collaborate with the Product Management and Engineering teams to define and maintain a technology roadmap that balances technical constraints with market and customer needs.
+ Build business cases for ROI on new technologies and features.
+ Develop value propositions and pricing strategies for new features/modules.

Technology Roadmap Alignment

+ Ensure

cross-functional alignment

on product priorities and timelines.
+ Evangelize

strategy and technical roadmap

with customers and prospects.

Technology Stack & Customer Change Management

+ Maintain

product and

customer technology stack

across versions.
+ Define strategy for microservices

CI/CD pipelines

to streamline development and deployment.
+ Manage

third-party tech stack

, tracking EOL/EOS for components, evaluating risks, and planning upgrades.
+ Monitor

technology advancements

and assess their impact on product evolution.

Customer Consultation & Communication

+ Engage with customers to discuss Payment Infra & Platform capability roadmap and

technology changes

and their implications for smooth adoption.

Impact Documentation & Communication

+ Track and document the

impact of technology changes

for customers, professional services, and solution consulting teams.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science

, Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

12 - 16 years in technology product management, leading technical teams.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of

cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and CI/CD

.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead

Technical Product Owners

and drive alignment across teams.

Communication & Strategy:

Ability to

evangelize technology strategy

and engage with customers.

Tools and Tech stack

Strong knowledge of

Java stack

, transitioning to

microservices-based cloud-native architecture

. Familiarity with

App Server (JBoss/Wild Fly), Database (Oracle), Postgres, Java, J2EE or higher, MQ, JSP/Angular UI

. Experience with

modern cloud-native technologies

:

Kubernetes (K8s), Microservices, Kafka, Apache Camel, VertX, Grafana, Prometheus, PostgreSQL
