As a product manager, you will be responsible for scaling the product to serve the growing needs of our businesses. You will work on improving customer engagement across mobile and desktop by driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with your product designer, engineers, analyst, product marketer, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our businesses.

What will you do?

• Help shape and drive the strategy for your product area
• Develop customer empathy to better plan and build products to meet their needs.
• Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short and long term goals. You will be responsible for outlining entire roadmaps and project requirements, goals, and constraints
• Collaborate cross-functionally with: Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk
• Represent the team in communication with cross functional teams

Requirements

What do we need?

• Experience: 7 years of product management responsibilities, preferably in SaaS.
• Analytics: Leverage data to make informed decisions that can be clearly articulated
• Leadership: You will be the point person for an entire product area. You will be responsible for continually evolving and representing your defined strategies and initiatives
• Efficiency: Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Collaboration: Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You\'re a self-starter and get things across the finish line
• Hustle: You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bonus points if you\xe2\x80\x99ve worked at a rapidly growing startup
