Jai Kisan is building the first ever technology-led financial platform designed for \'Bharat\', revolutionizing the financial experience for rural Indians.

Jai Kisan\'s app, Bharat Khata helps rural value chains digitize transactions, capturing never-before-seen insight into the financial service needs, customer behavior and transitional footprint of rural businesses and individuals. Taking this one step further, Bharat Khata seamlessly enables a single

point-access to a suite of financial services, ensuring instant fulfillment of the user\'s needs. Starting with credit to build users\xe2\x80\x99 digital footprints, Jai Kisan\'s roadmap includes digitizing the savings, insurance, and payment experience for its users, making it the only consumer-experience-obsessed rural financial services brand.

Roles and responsibilities

• Demonstrable understanding of building 0 to 1 consumer products and scaling them via low-cost levers.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B and B2C mobile apps.
• Lead market research efforts to identify trends, user needs, and competitors.
• Utilize consumer insights to shape the product strategy.
• Manage and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and execute a product-led growth charter, leveraging growth models and KPIs.
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Actively engage with the on-ground team to identify gaps and new opportunities for product improvements and expansion.

Requirements

• Prior experience in managing PMs in the past is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans.
• Exposure to enterprise products is a plus.
• Excitement to build for a completely new market and to figure out the playbook from scratch.
• Ability to manage non-tech stakeholders with the right narrative and expectation setting.
• Proven experience building and scaling consumer products (0 to 1)
• Excitement to pioneer products in a new market, developing strategies from scratch.
• Exposure to enterprise products is beneficial.

Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (master\xe2\x80\x99s preferred). \xc2\xb7 8+ years of product management experience. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and presentation skills. \xc2\xb7 Passion for agriculture and technology is a plus.
