Boeing Defense and Space team is seeking a Lead Product Specialist to deploy innovative data science & analytics solutions by implementing cutting-edge agile software development methodologies and user-centric design. This position will place you at heart of a fast-paced, growing organization responsible for creating and delivering important suite of products for Boeing Defense and Space.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

Experience on leading Paired Programming based development.

- TDD (Test Driven Development) experience.

- Knowledge of automated testing & deployment frameworks & methodologies.

- Experience in software development & project/program/product management. - Prior experience in managing product development in an AGILE & global environment.

- Strong project/program management skills & experience which includes (but not limited to) project scope, schedule, budget, risk/mitigation, resource, communication, priorities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION

Should have a minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading & managing large enterprise application development in an AGILE environment and managing development teams.

Should have experience in building/leveraging DevOps.

Should have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with equal focus and priority.

Should have the ability to translate technical data/metrics into information for decision making & corrective action, provides project status and ensures proper documentation of project deliverables.

Should be able to perform work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.

Significant prior experience in hands-on software development preferable on Java technologies (web/cloud)

Strong Communication & presentation skills to work in a globally distributed team.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 16 Plus years\' related work experience or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with 15+ years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience
