Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Lead Full Stack Product Software Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications, with a particular focus on product-based environments. This is a contract role with the opportunity for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for new and existing features. Drive the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure software solutions. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.

Manage stakeholders

effectively, translating business requirements into technical specifications and communicating technical complexities clearly. Contribute hands-on to coding efforts, especially for complex modules or critical components. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Identify and implement process improvements and technical innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience (8+ years preferred)

as a Full Stack Developer, with significant experience in a

Technical Lead or similar leadership role.

Experience in product-based companies. (Preffered)

Expertise in Java, TypeScript and React

for backend and frontend development. Strong experience with

SQL

databases. Hands-on experience with

Terraform

for infrastructure as code. Experience with

GRPC

for high-performance communication. Familiarity with UI libraries such as

MUI (Material-UI)

. Knowledge of

Hashicorp

tools (e.g., Vault, Consul, Nomad) is a plus.

Strong background in AWS

cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC).

Proven ability in team leading, staff mentorship, and performance management.

Demonstrated experience in

designing complex software systems

. Exceptional skills in

code review

and ensuring code quality. Excellent

stakeholder management

and communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Ability to thrive in an agile development environment.

Pay: ?2,000,000.00 - ?3,200,000.00 per year
