This is a hybrid-onsite role. Employees are expected to be in our Bengaluru, India. office Mondays-Wednesdays-Friday, and work remotely Tuesdays and Thursdays.

As a Product Design Lead, you will be part of our Supply Chain Retail Technology organization, transforming complex operational challenges into simple, efficient, and scalable design solutions that improve our daily operations. Your role will be an Individual Contributor to ensure that our products are available in the right places, at the right time, with the right cost and quality, enabling seamless delivery experiences for our customers while creating differentiated value for our suppliers and carriers. Within our Experience Design team, you'll help drive cross-functional collaboration, usability, efficiency, safety, scalability, and cost optimization across our entire supply chain, from forecasting and inventory management to home delivery and post-delivery services.

What You'll Do:



Utilize design thinking principles to build engaging user experiences which solve complex problems with simplicity. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other experienced designers to execute design concepts that deliver on brand goals, business goals, and are technically feasible to implement. Align with multiple teams to create cross-functional and user-centric design solutions. Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work, emphasizing the use of lean tools and techniques to more rapidly deliver work. Day-to-day work will consist of a combination of design planning, execution, and design operations management. Contribute to the improvement of our cross-team collaboration Design processes, advocating best practices and innovative solutions between Product, Design, and Engineering teams embracing Agile methodologies. Demonstrate strong administration and communication skills. Be a strategist who can take a step back on overarching goals and opportunities, while also acting as a product practitioner who can meticulously work alongside their teams with domain knowledge and design process. Mentor other designers in product design craft and advocate for user centricity, and high quality on deliverables and outcomes across design and stakeholders.

We Are a Match Because You Have:

5+ years of product design experience, including experience leading complex projects from concept to launch. Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience. Experience designing for extranet portals and/or dashboards. Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills. A strong understanding of design processes and a realistic grasp of what's feasible in a digital environment. Expertise in producing design deliverables, including detailed user flows, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Strong skills in modern design tools like Figma. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS, enough to understand the feasibility of execution. The ability to think at a systems level and design solutions that are scalable and extensible. Experience presenting and defending designs to senior and executive leadership. A portfolio or case studies of shipped work that demonstrates an ability to effectively design for highly technical experiences, a strong user advocacy, a data-driven approach, and strategic thinking. Strong user research skills. Prior experience in a formal or informal design system role.
