About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and success of JARVIS- our internal self-service platform that enables seamless cloud and infrastructure provisioning. This role will play a critical part in empowering engineering teams through automation, enhancing developer experience, and laying the foundation for autonomous self-healing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision



Own the roadmap for JARVIS with a clear focus on self-service, automation, and user empowerment. Drive the product evolution toward intelligent self-healing infrastructure provisioning. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact features that reduce toil and improve efficiency.

Execution & Delivery



Work closely with engineering, design, and SRE teams to deliver well-scoped features with agility. Define and track product KPIs: provisioning time reduction, user satisfaction, error rates, adoption metrics. Prioritize backlog based on business value, complexity, and user needs.

User Experience

Champion user-centric design for infrastructure teams, developers, and platform users. Gather feedback continuously and iterate on UI/UX in collaboration with design and engineering. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the bridge between engineering teams, operations, security, and compliance groups. Align product capabilities with organization-wide goals for infrastructure scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

Research market trends and emerging technologies in self-service portals, IaaS, and AIOps. Bring thought leadership to develop autonomous capabilities like pod/VM restarts and remediation workflows.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in product management, preferably in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure products. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure provisioning concepts (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure lifecycle management. Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications

Nice-to-Have

Experience working with or building internal developer platforms. Exposure to AIOps concepts and tools. Background in software engineering or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
