Key Responsibilities



Deliver end-to-end

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

training to new hires and existing teams Conduct specialized training on

AR Calling, Medical Billing, Eligibility & Benefits, Denials, Claims Processing & Payment Posting

Design and update

training materials, SOPs, assessments, and process documents

Evaluate trainee performance and provide

continuous coaching & feedback

Collaborate with

Operations & Quality teams

to identify skill gaps and training needs Provide

floor support

and ensure training deliverables are completed on time

Required Skills & Experience



3-5 years' experience

as an

RCM Trainer / Process Coach

(US Healthcare) Strong hands-on knowledge of

end-to-end RCM processes

Excellent

communication, presentation, and coaching skills

Ability to manage

multiple training batches

(online & classroom) Strong

analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proven ability to meet

strict training timelines and deliverables


Good to Have



Freelance or contract

RCM training experience

Exposure to

multiple RCM functions

(AR, Billing, Coding, Posting, etc.) Experience in

curriculum design and documentation


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
