Title: Lead Power Platform Developer - Digital Practice team - RNet Pune
Stantecs Digital Practice Team in India is a fast-growing team. For the last two decades, this IT
team is providing a variety of software automation, customization, business continuity solutions,
and services for our global clients. The Digital Practice experts conduct research and development
to keep our global teams and projects ahead of the technological curve. We work on emerging
technology solutions for a variety of business sectors. Our goal is to be an accelerator of growth
for Stantec and add value to our clients and communities with niche and advance technology
solutions.
The Digital Practice Team in India works with several regions US, UK, CANADA, and ANZ, to name a
few, and builds Digital Solutions and I.P. The team supports our multi-disciplinary engineering
Design Deliverables with Engineering Software customization and automation services. As a Lead
Power Platform Developer, you will work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and develop applications
used directly by our clients. This team has developed a series of productivity tools and migrating
those to newer emerging technologies.
The Digital Practice team works closely with our Design Delivery Leaders, Business Leaders, and
clients to develop solutions to provide high quality & on-time deliverables.
The Digital Practice team is looking for a self-motivated Lead Power Platform Developer, who can
work with minimal supervision and has a passion for coding. This Lead Power Platform Developer will
work with a dynamic team of developers to take the design through to implementation. We implement a
range of technologies and frameworks to meet the needs of our clients. On the client side, we favor
single-page application architectures based on React, Angular to name a few.
Responsibilities will include helping build out current and future digital solutions working on the
back end and front-end development as needed.
As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will provide the expertise on how to build applications
from the ground up on the latest and greatest tech, or how to augment existing assets to maximize
value to our clients. You will also have an opportunity to have many careers in one Firm.

Your Key Responsibilities
- As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents
- Deliver services and solutions for Stantec's internal staff or clients as part of the Power Platform Team using the suite of Microsofts PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on the platform.
- Work directly with internal staff or clients to support various projects and provide solutions.
- Develop azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitating process improvement.
Knowledge and Experience:
Development experience using below technologies

• Experience and knowledge of developing Azure logic apps and functions as well as providing Power BI development and support.

• Experience with API or services integrations and a firm understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources.

• Ability to create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate/ Flow.

• Knowledge of Flow licensing and automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate/ Flow.

• Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.

• Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.

• Experience in analysis, design development, testing and

• implementation of enterprise scale apps.

• Web APIs

• SharePoint Framework, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven apps), Power Automate

• Power BI

• Dynamic 365

• PnP PowerShell

• Development of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform solutions.

• Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL Server

• Programming/Scripting Languages: C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Experience of SQL and RDBMS technologies is preferable.

Having knowledge in the following will be a plus

• MS Azure

• Understanding of DevOps practices

• Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration

• Passionate about new technologies

Education: Any graduate/postgraduate with min 3 to 5 years of development experience in which at least 2 years should be in leading the Power Platform development.
