Possess knowledge of WBS and takes a lead in preparing baseline schedule in lie with project scope requirement and Target Preparing L4 Schedule as per project requirement. Inter discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences to assign disciplines. Review and asses the work package sequences with the total project plan. Establish overall basis for project progress measurement defining E,P& C weightages. Prepare the S curve at the project and functional levels-Engineering, Procurement and construction. Periodic updating of schedule ,S-Curve and subsequent generation of progress variance report. Develops the monthly quantity distribution statement for the total scope of work. Preparation of the Micro Plan for Critical work packages and major milestones. Planning of Manpower and machineries as per project requirements. Monitors construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance. Developing Billing schedule, cash flow, Earned value management.

Job Requirement

10-13 years of experience with Bachelor Degree in handling the project planning cum management of LTSK/EPC projects in Oil and Gas. Proficient understanding of concepts around Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown structure (CBS), Integration of WBS and CBS, productivity, critical path analysis, & forecasting. Hands on experience in fabrication production planning and control, project management, resource management and manpower requirement planning in the manufacturing & mechanical construction environment * Experience in Primavera (P6) and MS projects.
