Job Purpose:

Lead the implementation, program management and business operations for Cards and Wallet (PPI) business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for running the operations with keen focus on driving business and operational efficiencies and GTM
• Drive implementation of large scale projects with end-to-end project management in alignment with internal and external teams
• Partner with banks, payment partners and payment networks at leadership levels closely
• Internally, liaison with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Business Development, Growth, Finance, legal and compliance functions
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements - work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance
• Own policies and processes - create SOPs with specific focus on automation
• Responsible for instituting a scalable mechanism for reporting and metrics setting/tracking
• Manage a multi-layered team of operations and implementation specialists and managers
• Monitor metrics, thresholds, process TATs and manage process breaks & escalations. Deep dive to address issues effectively

Preferred background and qualifications

• Should have a Master\'s in Business Administration/equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
• Should have at least 8-10 years of experience working across Operations, program management - preferably in cards and wallet payments
• Should have managed a team across various levels for at-least 2 years
• Be able to synthesize data with superior attention to detail and provide guidance around policy & process improvements
• Ability to communicate and work with a wide range of internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Experience with translating business requirements into operational processes and a demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operational and customer facing challenges.
