Role Overview


As the Lead - Partnerships, you will spearhead strategic alliances across healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, and service domains. You will be instrumental in co-creating innovative offerings, expanding market presence, and driving measurable business impact through high-value collaborations.

Key Responsibilities



B2B Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a robust partnership strategy aligned with growth vision.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, pitch, and close impactful partnership deals.

Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term corporate and institutional relationships.

Solution Co-Creation: Collaborate with partners to design tailored offerings for active ageing communities.

Contracting & Commercials: Drive negotiations, deal structuring, and coordination with legal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to activate and scale partnerships.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, revenue contribution, and ensure partner satisfaction.

What We're Looking For



- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.

- Proven success in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.

- Strong network across healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or senior-focused industries.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- High ownership mindset with ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Strong problem-solving ability and results-oriented approach.
