About the Role
Who are we looking for:
looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead its Partner (Ambulance) Affiliations and Operations vertical. This role will be responsible for building a robust, tech-enabled, pan- India ambulance partner network to serve diverse medical transport needs - from emergency response to intra- and inter-city patient transfers, scheduled surgeries, and even hearsay services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ambulance Partner Network Development
o Identify and empanel local and regional ambulance service providers for:
Emergency ambulance services
Scheduled transfers for surgeries and planned interventions
Intra-city and inter-city patient transport
Hearse services using ambulance fleets
Design and implement pricing and revenue-sharing models aligned with Pococare//'s business goals.
Audit ambulance vehicles and conduct due diligence before onboarding partners to ensure quality and compliance.
2. Quality & Service Assurance.
o Define, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to response time, vehicle
condition, hygiene, equipment, and trained personnel.
o Conduct regular quality audits and spot checks across cities.
o Manage escalations and apply penalties for service failures in coordination with affiliate partners.
3. Hospital Relationship Management
o Establish and maintain hospital partnerships to generate demand for ambulance services outside
Pococare//'s direct platform users.
o Strengthen referral linkages at a local level through hospital administrators, nursing homes, and
diagnostic centers.
4. Strategic Leadership & Tech Evangelization
o Build and execute a pan-India aggregation strategy, including:
Revenue and pricing models
Quality benchmarks and audit frameworks
Partner onboarding and long-term engagement programs
o Promote adoption of Pococare//'s ambulance tech stack (Driver, Dispatcher, and Admin apps) across
all partner fleets.
o Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Operations teams to refine platform features and ensure
smooth integration into daily workflows.
5. Deployment Oversight
o Oversee deployment and service quality of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life
Support (BLS) ambulances at corporate client sites, in line with agreements closed by the Pococare
sales team.

Background and Requirements
Team Structure & Leadership Scope:
As the national lead for this function, you will be responsible for building and managing a distributed team
to drive ambulance partner onboarding, quality control, and service assurance. Your team will include:
o City Executives: Responsible for local-level onboarding, hospital relationship building, audits, and day-to-day issue resolution.
o Regional Affiliate Managers: Lead clusters of 3-6 cities each; ensure SLAs, drive partner
engagement, and manage escalations.
o Quality & Compliance Coordinators: Central team defining audit protocols, overseeing vehicle
standards, and tracking partner performance data.
o Tech Adoption Specialists (optional/rotational): Support ambulance operators in app usage,
training, and troubleshooting during the onboarding phase.
In this role, you will take ownership of shaping team objectives, establishing performance metrics, and
creating incentive structures to drive strong results. You will work closely with central HR and Operations
teams on hiring, onboarding, and capability building, while leading and scaling a high
performing team
