Primary Responsibilities

Functional
Core:
1. Execute Panel and machine Integration using approved P&ID/ flow chart, EPLAN including BOM and EP-Schematic
2. Delivery panel and machine in time according project timeline in coordination with Assembly & PPC
3. Make machine ready for ITR and handover to QA for function test
4. Support execution in machine functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, ITR, machine settings and function)
5. ERP system clearance for completed machine (SAP Confirmation)
6. Change Request for drawing/layout corrections to Hardware team.
7. Execution of FAT points/scope changes through change control process
8. Execution and support in statutory stock checking process
9. Managing material flow from stores to Assembly
10. Ensuring material availability in co-ordination with PPC and procurement
11. Support lead for internal & external audits, kaizens activities, 6S
12. Handover third party documentation and certification to Documentation team
13. Co-ordinate with Assembly & Dispatch team for machine dispatch
Internal process
14. Adherence to business rules and regulations, ACGE guidelines, (ISO, Rules/regulations etc for common)
People development
15. Training on Company Standards & Global Standards, IS, IEC, CE & UL through SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, work instructions etc.
16. Train on new tools & technology

• First Time Right in delivering machine with assembled panel and machine wiring.
• On Time Delivering in Full (OTDIF)

Key Interfaces

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation with 4 to 6 years of experience
