Experience of designing, solution owning and creating architecture specifications for global Oracle HCM solutions with specific experience around Cloud & Fusion. Minimum of 7+ years Cloud implementation experience with at least few years of hands on experience in multiple oracle cloud modules preferably Core HR or Payroll. Proven experience in a Functional/Architectural role for Oracle HCM Cloud. Prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgrades Design and deliver HCM Cloud Core HR functional architecture strategy, with leading practices during HCM transformations. Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle Cloud solutions Lead testing and training programs during HCM Cloud transformations Lead or support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the HCM solution. Proven experience in full development life cycle and significant experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment All pre-sales support activities including supporting Sales Teams by identifying and quantifying Oracle Cloud HCM Applications value proposition and best solution. Coordinate and deliver demonstrations of the product. Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then to link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle. * Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation and demonstration skills.
