Job Title: Lead - Operations Strategy

Job Purpose:
The Lead - Operations Strategy is a role focused on driving operational transformation across the organization. This position is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, mobilizing high-performing task forces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys and backend operations. The role goes beyond traditional operations, aiming to influence multiple Business Units and Divisions through innovation and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create impact with multi-disciplinary task forces:
Build and lead a small core team of business process experts to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Form temporary task forces with high performers from relevant departments to execute initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Empowered to lead change across the organization:
Extend the Ops COE's scope beyond the Operations Division, influencing other Business Units and Divisions.
Focus on continuous improvement and transformation, distinct from the BAU responsibilities of the Ops Division.
Full collaboration with Business Units and Tech teams:
Ensure prioritized customer journeys are supported by efficient backend operations, including both digital and manual processes.
Partner with Business and Technology teams to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and seamless execution.
Promote a culture of innovation and agility across operational teams.
Support change management efforts and ensure adoption of new processes.
Track and report impact metrics for all improvement initiatives.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across task forces and departments.
Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering / Technology / Math's / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Post-graduation: PG will be preferred
Years of Experience: 5-10 years of experience in operations, process excellence, or transformation roles.
