The role requires the candidate to process branch operations related activities, to manage Cash counter, trade and treasury transactions with good accuracy and speed to meet the defined TAT.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently process cash management and trade and treasury transactions
Ensure Processing as per TAT's
Responsible for effectively processing of transactions
Engage with clients to build strong relationship and effectively manage their expectations.
Generate new ideas and contribute towards process improvement.
Skills:
Graduate with minimum 2-3 years' experience or MBA with 1-2 years' experience in Banking Operation
Should possess basic knowledge of Banking
Responsible for effectively handling trade and treasury transactions
Responsible for efficient handling of the Cash Management Process for the branch
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage volumes with accuracy
Ensure compliance with reporting/ response deadlines
Ensuring adequate controls are in place and Support Client Services and Implementation on client review and requirements
Regular interaction with Internal and External stakeholders, clients and peers across branches for job related activities.
* Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity rates.
